This Cat Cottage Triplex is simply the best for multiple cat owners. It has three separate compartments that can comfortably house three to six cats.

The “upper suite” features a lounging ledge which also serves as a weather shelter for the bottom two door entrances. The round doors come with vinyl flaps installed.

Raised Foundation
This version of the Triplex comes with a raised foundation, other variations are also available.

The posts and frame are lifetime pressure treated lumber for ground contact. The decking is rich western red cedar planking which really compliments the beautiful cedar Cat Cottage Triplex. The Raised Foundation is large enough to accompany the Cat Cottage and still provide a front deck area of 12″ x 41″.

I believe that this is one of the coolest looking cat houses in the market place. It comes in five pre-assembled panels, pre-drilled for easy assembly.

Cedar is a natural deterrent to fleas, ticks and termites. Western Red Cedar houses do not require painting but does turn grey with age. If you wish to preserve the rich red color simply spray or paint the exterior with Thompson’s Wood Protector, or a clear stain.
